Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Manager of Outreach, you’ll support our outreach initiatives by helping lead and manage events that bring Fleet Feet to workplaces, races, and community groups.

Your role will be essential in ensuring events are successful, engaging, and logistically seamless.

  • Serve as the on-site lead for outreach events when the Outreach Manager is unavailable
  • Assist with loading, staging, setup, and teardown of workplace fittings and events
  • Communicate effectively with event contacts and staff to ensure smooth coordination
  • Manage event calendars, logistics, and inventory
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and brand integrity at all events
  • Support internal outreach initiatives and partnerships

    Additional Requirements - Hours of work for this position may vary based on work schedule.

    Position requires moving around for long periods of time without a rest break, and using point-of-sale computers.

    Occasional moderate to heavy (10-25+lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required.

    Work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

    Fleet Feet franchisees operate as independent business owners.
