Assistant Professor Assistant Professor - Communication Disorders & Sciences Academic Affairs, Division of Communication Disorders & Sciences FT Faculty A5 $74,500 to $78,300 Full-Time NoThe SUNY Cortland Communication Disorders & Sciences (CDS) Department has an opening for a full-time faculty member and Audiological Services Coordinator.
General responsibilities include teaching courses related to hearing, hearing sciences, hearing-related interventions in our undergraduate Speech and Hearing Sciences program and in our graduate Speech-Language Pathology program, clinical training of graduate clinicians conducting hearing screenings and developing and cultivating an active research agenda.
Other responsibilities include conducting hearing screenings and evaluations with members of the campus and surrounding communities, assisting in academic advising with undergraduate students, and service to the CDS Department, School of Professional Studies, and the University.
