Job description
The Department of Decision and Technology Analytics in the College of Business at Lehigh University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor with a specialization in business analytics or business information systems, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026.
The individual hired will be expected to teach courses in business information systems and business analytics at the undergraduate and graduate levels, to engage in scholarly activities and produce high-quality refereed publications, and to participate in departmental, college, university and professional service.
The Department of Decision and Technology Analytics (DATA) in the College of Business at Lehigh University has nine tenured and tenure-track faculty members and five teaching-track professors in business information systems, business analytics and supply chain management.
Faculty in the department publish in top-ranked journals in supply chain management, operations management, business analytics and information systems.
The department offers majors in business information systems, supply chain management, and business analytics, and minors in business information systems and supply chain management.
The department also supports numerous undergraduate core courses, contributes courses to the College’s MBA programs, and offers an MS in Business Analytics.
The Center for Supply Chain Research at Lehigh, which fosters industry support and research on supply chain management, is housed within the department.
