Assistant Program Manager - Gate House Job Opening In Rutland – Now Hiring Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health

The pay for this position starts at $22.79/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $26.98/hour.
This position is located in Rutland, MA.
The available schedule for this position is Wenesday-Saturday; 1pm - 11pm.
**$1,000 Sign-on Bonus**
**Devereux Massachusetts** serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Devereux's Gate House program serves males 14-21 with various psychological and behavioral disorders.

With 1 staff to 3 students ratio, this program is focused on increasing independence, coping and social skills, and preparing individuals to move on from Devereux.
**As an Assistant Program Manager, you will:**
+ Be passionate about working with and helping youth.
+ Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
+ Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.
+ Assist with the planning and implementation of programing for individuals.
+ Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.
+ Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.

**Qualifications**
**Job Requirements:**
+ Must be 21 years of age or older
+ Drivers license required.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree require
+ 1 year previous experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders **required** .
+ One year of relevant experience in a supervisory role _preferred_
+ Must be willing to obtain MAP Certification within 90 days of hire.
**Schedule:**
+ **2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA**
+ **Sunday - Wednesday: 1pm - 11pm**
