With over $700M in annual revenue and a portfolio that includes major hospital campuses, government buildings, and educational institutions, we pride ourselves on our integrity, team culture, and reputation for delivering high-quality work.</p> <p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Assistant Project Manager</strong> to support the delivery of a large <strong>hospital project in Los Angeles</strong>, with additional opportunities on surrounding healthcare projects.

This is a high-impact role for someone looking to grow within a premier GC known for its excellence in public sector construction.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project operations from preconstruction through closeout</li> <li>Coordinate RFI, submittal, and change order processes</li> <li>Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, schedules, and procurement logs</li> <li>Work closely with field supervision to ensure adherence to schedule, scope, and budget</li> <li>Support subcontractor coordination and assist in managing third-party consultants</li> <li>Monitor safety compliance and participate in safety audits and meetings</li> <li>Ensure timely communication with project stakeholders and clients</li> <li>Participate in project meetings and contribute to issue resolution and planning</li>
</ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2 to 5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with public works or OSHPD/HC projects</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred</li> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li> <li>Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project</li> <li>Understanding of construction schedules, cost control, and contract administration</li> <li>Ability to work on site in the Los Angeles area</li>
