The Creative Production roles in the Content Studio require an understanding of social media, advertising, storytelling & technology.

This role is responsible for the creation of media that lives on social and in the digital sphere.

The role will work with Production, Creative & Social teams in the Content Studio to strategize, develop and execute compelling media that builds upon the T-Mobile brand narrative.


This position must be located in Overland Park, KS.

This is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.


Job Responsibilities



  • Participate in creative sessions that discuss the brand narrative across multiple platforms.

  • Produce sketches, graphic design, motion graphics, animation, and video edits.

  • Work across functional teams to understand business and feature requirements.

  • Collaborate with Creative Production team members to break down project needs & requirements, champion select portions of the media creation and ensure integration of that media work within the team as a whole.

  • Work with strategy to understand consumer insight and data points to create future work with more brand impact.

  • Communicate best practices for brand guidelines & executions to external partners.

  • Presents work to the Content Studio teams and executives for review and feedback.

  • Builds successful partnerships within and outside the team.

  • Educates on the importance of following brand guidelines and T-Mobile brand narrative.

  • Work with creative, social, and production teams in Content Studio to understand consumer needs and creative intent to ensure messaging in execution.

  • Collaborate with junior and senior team members in Creative Production to facilitate integrated media production.


Education and Work Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Media, Design or a related field.

    (Required)

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an advertising agency, production or post-production professional environment.

    Required

  • A credit list showcasing prior work is a plus.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



  • Understanding of theories and principles of advertising, social media marketing, and design.

  • Understand media & asset management & workflow in a studio setting.

  • Understanding of media, motion graphics & design tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut, Avid, Rhino, 3DSMax.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines in a collaborative team environment.

  • Occasional travel up to 20% required

  • At least 18 years of age

Base Pay Range: $53,300 - $96,100


Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
