The Department of Clinical Health Sciences is seeking an experienced Clinical Instructor to join our accredited program in Communication Sciences & Disorders at Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
We are located in sunny Kingsville, TX, home of the legendary King Ranch and Kingsville- Naval Air Station.
Our South Texas location is near the Gulf coast – vacation destination, Corpus Christi area, with beaches, birding, and fishing.

The Assistant/Associate Professor of Practice is for a 9-month non-tenure track position with summer teaching possible/optional.
The successful applicant will be expected to supervise/instruct graduate student clinicians in the on-campus clinic and possibly some local community outreaches, teach courses in the undergraduate and/or graduate program in CSDO and provide service to the university and profession.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ MS or MA in Communication Sciences & Disorders
+ Three years of experience post CCC
+ Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
+ Texas SLP Licensure or ability to obtain Texas Licensure
+ Supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with AAC
+ Clinical experience with pediatric and/or adult dysphagia
+ Knowledge in voice disorders
+ Experience coordinating and managing graduate student externship placements
Rank (Assistant/Associate) will be determined upon review of credentials and qualifications.
