8+ years' experience in creative direction or a related field, with a proven ability to drive and deliver innovative solutions across multiple platforms.
Advanced experience across multiple disciplines (web, print, interactive, etc.) and an ability to oversee work from various functions.
A blend of strategic oversight, creative direction, and strong collaboration with agency partners.
Significant experience in the development and delivery of new technology or major innovations.
Strong presentation and social skills.
Ability to work optimally in a fast-moving environment, anticipate issues, and think big-picture.
Familiarity with the principles of design that inform copywriting.
A positive and forward-thinking attitude.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
The U.S. pay range for this position is $98,800 -- $193,700 annually.
Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
