Raytheon’s Advanced Technology (AT) business is seeking an Associate Director, Advanced Technology Requirements & Capabilities (R&C) – Effectors & Space (E&S) Alternate Missions and Space (AMS) to lead business development efforts in a high-priority growth area.
The Associate Director will play a critical role in shaping and advancing strategic pursuits across the Alternate Missions and Space portfolio by identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and aligning internal capabilities with mission needs.
As a member of the AT R&C team, the Associate Director will be responsible for driving early engagement with customers, translating mission requirements into actionable strategies, and influencing program development and investment decisions.
This role demands strong technical acumen in air and space systems, deep market insight, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, program management, and strategy teams to position Raytheon for long-term success in a rapidly evolving threat environment.
The Associate Director reports to the AT R&C Director for Effectors and Space.
