Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company and they are seeking an Omnichannel Marketing Data Science Lead who will play a critical role in driving U.S. business performance across digital marketing.

This individual will analyze and measure digital data—including CRM streams, paid media, and website analytics—to assess promotional effectiveness, optimize marketing strategies, and provide data-driven recommendations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Analytics & Measurement: Develop and implement frameworks to assess the performance of omnichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, HCP engagement, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategies.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced analytics, attribution modeling, and marketing mix modeling to optimize promotional investments across multiple channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial teams, media strategists, and external agencies to assess marketing effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor engagement and conversion metrics to refine future campaign strategies and improve ROI.
