**Job Overview**

We are seeking an innovative, passionate, and highly capable Associate Director, Strategic Data Integration to drive the strategic vision and commercialization of our cloud-based and AI-driven infusion solutions.

This role will spearhead the development and launch of cutting-edge applications and partnerships that address evolving customer needs and market trends.

**Responsibilities**

+ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for future applications and clinical workflows, serving as a subject matter expert in incorporating those solutions into broader BD business objectives.
+ Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing product development, partnership, and marketing strategies.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence development roadmap and ensure alignment with market needs.
+ Create and implement go-to-market plans for new and existing applications and data integrations, including SaaS/cloud transformation and strategic partnerships.
+ Develop commercialization strategies across multiple internal teams and third-party partners.

Engage with key customers, partners, and influencing bodies to gather feedback, market shape, and ensure our solutions address customers' needs effectively.
+ Monitor and analyze the performance of the product portfolio, support regions in driving commercial effectiveness, and adjust strategies to achieve business objectives.
+ Spearhead the transition from traditional business models to incorporating and shifting toward AI and SaaS solutions.

Shape and elevate industry standards by collaborating with strategic partners and standard-setting entities to improve the interoperability of healthcare information systems.

**Education**

+ Bachelor's degree required with a focus in marketing, business, science, engineering, or a related field preferred.

MBA is preferred.

**Experience**

+ 7+ years of experience in product marketing required, preferably in the regulated medical device or healthcare technology industry, with a proven record of commercial launches in cloud-based SaaS solutions.

Understanding of medical device connectivity, cloud platforms, and digital health solutions is highly desirable.
+ Experience in software solution-integration and managing strategic partner relationships to identify, develop, and launch joint solutions to markets is required
+ Prior experience directly managing product managers is preferred
+ Experience in agile software development is preferred
+ Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional organizations to successful commercialization, including direct and pull-through revenue generation of software solutions is required
+ Flexibility to travel within the US and globally to BD locations, industry events, and customer sites up to 25% of the time is required
