Job description

Saul Ewing is seeking a high-performing commercial litigation associate to join our Princeton, NJ office.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting.

New Jersey state court experience is required.

Candidates must have a strong knowledge of federal and New Jersey state laws related to commercial litigation, civil procedure, and evidence rules.

In addition, candidates must have a proven track record of handling and managing commercial litigation cases independently.

A strong academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills are essential.

Candidates must be admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.
