As an Associate Product Manager, you will join a team that works diligently to understand and solve our customers’ most challenging problems.

We're hiring across all of our teams, including Machine Learning, Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL, ETL, Streaming, EDA, and Content Organization.

You will have a dedicated mentor and will join our 2026 APM cohortwhere you'll connect with product managers, engineers, designers, account teams, other interns, and leaders from across the company.


We are hiring for San Francisco, CA, Mountain View, CA, and Bellevue, WA.


The impact you will have:

  • Work with a team to build features for the Databricks platform

  • Manage your project end-to-end, including design, code, and feedback

  • Learn about building a platform that scales quickly while maintaining quality and security
  • What we look for:

  • You will graduate in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 with a bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related engineering practice

  • You have some experience with SQL and/or Python

  • You can leverage analytical skills to make data-driven decisions (e.g. analyze product usage)

  • You are able to make complex topics simple and clearly communicate nuance to stakeholders (engineers, customers, field, etc.) in both written and verbal form

  • You are excited to solve ambiguous problems with a collaborative team

    The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.

    Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location.

    Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range.

    The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.

    Local Pay Range$133,000—$150,000 USD
