**Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS)** has an exciting opportunity for an **Associate** **Quality Engineer** **F-15** to join the team located in **Berkeley, MO.**

**This position requires a Bachelor's degree in one of the following relevant fields of study:**

+ Engineering
+ Computer Science
+ Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology)
+ Mathematics
+ Physics
+ Chemistry

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Integrates contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.
+ Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.
+ Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection activities.
+ Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.
+ Performs analysis and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
+ Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances.
+ Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.
+ Performs benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

**This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.**

**This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.** **An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.**

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**

+ Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
+ 1+ years of experience working with quality systems (e.g. Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100)

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**

+ 1+ years of experience in defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes
+ 1+ years of experience in data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
+ 1+ years of experience in quality inspection and/or auditing
+ 1+ years of experience with drawing, reading and interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
+ 1+ years of experience in reviewing, interpreting, and implementing contract requirements and specifications.

**Travel:**

This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: USD: $73,100 - $98,900
