Job Description:
+ Develop and implement quality processes and procedures using statistical quality control statistics and analyses
+ Collaborate with both internal (Operations, Engineering, and Program Management) as well as external customers to ensure quality standards are in place and are being properly executed
+ D etermine root cause for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications and implement effective corrective action as needed
+ Write inspection procedures and assist in reviewing and evaluating in-process rejections and obtaining proper product dispositions
+ Analyze quality performance for factory and collaborate with Operations Engineers to develop improvement plans for identified problem areas
+ Serve as primary customer Quality interface which may include having to conduct customer business briefings
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree i n industrial engineering , Electrical Engine ering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences or related field
Preferred Skills:
+ Knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN, and/or simulation tools like Arena, CAD, and/or AutoCAD
