**Associate Surgical Technician at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro, CA.

This position is Part Time and will work 8-hour Variable shifts.**

The Surgical Technician role is a non-licensed health care employee who performs the surgical scrub role and works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

**Required Qualifications:**



+ Coursework/Training: Successfully completed training as a surgical technician at an accredited school.

+ Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Upon hire: Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA).

+ Surgical Technician.

+ Recent Acute Care Hospital clinical experience in the OR.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
