We are looking for a dynamic HOA Community Association Manager who will provide day-to-day management services for a portfolio of homeowner associations in our Campbell office.

Common Interest Management Services is one of the fastest-growing HOA management companies in Northern California and is looking for top talent to join our team! We are a leader in innovative HOA solutions with seven offices across the Bay Area and Central Valley.

Work Location

In person/Hybrid: Required to be in the office Tuesday through Thursday through introductory period.

Reduced to two days a week after successful introductory period.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

About This Opportunity:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners in the communities they serve
  • Conducting onsite inspections to oversee work done by 3rd party vendors and to enforce the rules and regulations of the community
  • Attending evening board meetings; writing minutes of each meeting
  • Providing leadership and consulting with our clients on best practices regarding the management and oversight of their community.

  • Manage 3rd party vendors
  • Some project management support
  • Writing letters and newsletters
  • Creating budgets
  • Drive to HOA Associations as needed

What You Bring

We are looking for a top-notch individual who is:

  • Personable and engaging in communicating with clients
  • Skilled at building relationships
  • Delivers exceptional customer service and has good phone etiquette
  • Comfortable working independently,
  • Has at least three years of experience in HOA property management,
  • Has a working knowledge of homeowners associations, and familiarity with communities in the South Bay
  • Ability to multi-task, with strong organizational skills
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication and computer skills (MS Office, Zoom, Adobe, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • Professional, confident, self-starter
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • CAI and/or CACM Certification(s) a plus

Requirements

Experience:

  • HOA Community Management: 3 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • CCAM (Preferred)
  • CAI (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Campbell, CA 95008 (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Campbell, CA 95008
