Job Description Job Description A/V Installation Technician Location: Southwest Florida Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience) incentives About Us We are a family-owned and operated company and Southwest Florida’s premier custom audio/video integrator .

Responsibilities As an A/V Installation Technician, you’ll be responsible for: Installing, configuring, and testing audio, video, electrical, and control system equipment Running, labeling, and managing low-voltage cabling and wiring Performing basic electrical connections related to A/V and automation systems Assisting in system design implementation, including home automation, home theater, surveillance, and lighting control systems Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment Delivering excellent customer service and representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm Qualifications & Skills 1–2 years of experience in A/V installation, electronics, electrical work, or a related field (preferred) Working knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, construction practices, and safety procedures Familiarity with home automation platforms (Control4, Crestron, Lutron, etc.) a plus Ability to read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required Must be able to pass a drug screening — we maintain a drug-free workplace Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts Weekends and holidays off Flexibility for special projects when needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive starting pay with incentives and room for advancement Vacation and Sick Pay Flexible Hours Phone Compensation 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Credit Employee Discounts Ongoing Industry Training and career development opportunities Education High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Supplemental Pay Bonus pay Commission pay Company Description Founded in 2010, Completely Connected, LLC is a locally owned and operated company proudly serving Southwest Florida for over 15 years.
