What you will be doing:

  • Lead and execute audit process automation and data insight and analysis projects by leveraging company tools (e.g., Diligent/Highbond, ACL, Python, SQL, PowerShell, Microsoft Flow/BI) to support risk-based operational, SOX, and special audits, including investigations of financial misconduct.

  • Supervise, coach, and develop audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and thought leadership within the department.

  • Identify control weaknesses, perform root-cause analysis, and partner with business leaders to implement and validate corrective actions, driving process improvements and risk mitigation.

  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with global business partners, external auditors, and the Audit Committee to ensure alignment and transparency.

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables, while contributing to the annual risk assessment and audit plan (with ~5% travel to global facilities).

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field OR in management information systems, computer science, information security, or a related field (required).

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, data analysis, IT or a related field (required) with exposure to a manufacturing environment (preferred).


  • Advanced: Process flowcharts/Visio, Excel spreadsheet.


  • Intermediate: JD Edwards/ERP, BI/Power BI, presentation/PowerPoint, word processing/typing, ACL Analytics, Highbond Robots (Diligent), SQL


  • Preferred Certification(s): Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), CompTIA A+, Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), Certified Data Professional (CDP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Cybersecurity Fundamentals (CSX), Cisco certified network associate (CCNA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
