Job description

NVIDIA is searching for an outstanding Business Development Leader to identify and develop alliances with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Solution Delivery Partners (SDPs) – in order to accelerate the implementation and utilization of NVIDIA’s AI and Digital Twin platforms and to drive further adoption of GPU-accelerated applications in the Automotive industry.

The Automotive GSI Business Development leader should have a strong technical background and proven track record of winning and managing a complex sales & partner eco-system, strategic leadership and execution.

This position requires close collaboration with NVIDIA management, GSI team, marketing, solution architects, global and vertical teams and works externally with GSIs and SDPs and their consultants to drive revenue for the company.

We need passionate, hard-working, and creative people to help us pursue more of these rare opportunities in the Automotive Industry with significant opportunities such as Autonomous Driving, Digital Twins, Generative AI, Enterprise AI as well as HPC for a myriad of AI use cases.

What you’ll be doing:
+ Drive Automotive industry GSI partnerships from a strategic, technical, and operational level, as the central point for the Automotive ecosystem of system integrators and solution providers
+ Engage with GSI and SDP partners to develop a keen understanding of their goals, product offerings, and market needs – and define and deliver a GSI GTM strategy and business plan to implement NVIDIA platforms worldwide
+ Work with Enterprise Automotive Global IBD to assess market potential and align with NVIDIA's strategy
+ Lead a virtual team of technical, business, and marketing resources across NVIDIA and our business partners to drive mutual success
+ Drive pipeline and revenue on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, ensuring ongoing reporting and transparency
+ Foster marketing and business development.

Communicate and execute success stories working with campaign, corporate and partner marketing teams
+ Attend Automotive industry events to represent NVIDIA and recruit and engage the ecosystem
+ Ability to undertake business travel as needed


What we need to see:
+ Extensive leadership experience in a channel driven industry, ideally in the AI space.
+ Proven track record to develop and handle strategic partnerships/alliances on an enterprise level
+ Ability to balance between operational execution and long-term strategy – focus and flexibility
+ Ability to combine Technical Partner Management, Sales, Business Development and Alliance Management skills
+ Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, and an ability to motivate - an initiator with strong execution capability
+ 12+ years overall experience, with relevant experience
+ Bachelor’s degree from a leading University or equivalent experience, Master’s/MBA degree preferred, ideally in a business and technical discipline
+ Deep knowledge and extensive experience of the Automotive industry, and driving adoption and growth of a technology-based solution
+ We prefer you are in the Bay Area, but a work location near an industry cluster is required

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation.

The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.
