Overview: Customer Engineers provide technical leadership for customers globally to ensure their IT environments remain optimized and healthy.
The focus is on a consultative approach to prevent future issues, offering guidance on best practices, risk assessments, migrations, and providing remote and dedicated support services.
Our Engineers deliver multiple services to Enterprise customers to enhance system availability, resolve crucial issues, and improve the health of customer environments.
They collaborate with experienced technical staff to ensure they are equipped to troubleshoot and maintain solutions following best practices.
In critical situations, rapid expertise is provided to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Azure Apps & AKS: Design and deploy scalable applications using Azure App Services and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), ensuring robust and secure infrastructure for client applications.
Azure Data Lake: Implement data storage and analytics solutions using Azure Data Lake to support large-scale data processing and insights generation.
Power Apps & Power Automate: Develop customized business applications and automate workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance business productivity and process efficiency.
Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on leveraging Azure and Microsoft technologies to achieve their objectives.
Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in IT roles, with a strong background in architecture and design.
Extensive experience in Azure platform services, including applications and data solutions.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Proficiency in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Proven track record in customer-facing roles, delivering high-quality consulting services.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 to $144,964 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
