Due to their significant growth, they are looking for a B2B Account Manager - TAIL Lead to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
To strengthen the position of Vernacare Ltd in the B2B and associated healthcare marketplaces with 1200 tail end B2B accounts. Responsible for developing and implementing a national business plan with market segmentation and a tiering system to drive retention and growth which aligns to B2B and VCI strategic focuses. Achieving sales & margin objectives. Working closely with B2B colleagues to identify and develop accounts beyond tail potential and communicating where crossover exists. Achieving individual KPIs. Establishing and managing relationships with key customers, professionals, internal and external stakeholders, and to specifically grow the Vernacare business with new & existing customers. To be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:
3 to 5 years of operational Sales & Marketing experience in a healthcare company
B2B experience preferable
Financial knowledge and cash flow management
Excellent knowledge of the B2B environment
Achieving results in a matrix environment
