Job description

We are interviewing and hiring for FULL TIME Behavior Interventionists for Long Beach School Center Based Programs.


Be a part of a team of Behavior Interventionists that work in a school center based program in Long Beach.


You will have the opportunity to work in a nurturing and collaborative enviroment with your peers in a classroom setting with our amazing clients, while receiving continual training and supportive coaching, competitive pay, growth opportunities, and awesome benefits including Vacation and Health Insurance.


Will service Long Beach/ South Bay Area.


Job Summary Utilize a variety of ABA techniques and strategies to work with clients in the school setting.


Our school base programs includes extension supervision and support from our BCBA and Field Trainers.


Teach clients language and communication skills through behavior intervention/ modification and positive reinforcement techniques.


Collect, record, and maintain data on each client's progress Attending monthly clinic meetings Receive ongoing training Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelors Degree or Higher 2 years of direct ABA experience Perks: Medical, Dental, and Vision 401 (k) Program Vacation and Sick time accrual 9 Paid Holidays Bonuses and Merit raises Referral Incentive Program On-going training Annual Social Gatherings with ABC Employees Access to ABA training BCAT Training and Certification NCI Training Mileage Reimbursement Paid Drive-Time Supportive Mentorship Career Advancement Pay Range:  $22.50 to 25.00 per hour Depending on Education and Experience.
