Job Summary:



  • The Behavioral Line Technician provides direct behavioral health services for children and individuals with autism and other developmental or behavioral disorders.

  • This role implements individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies.
  • Responsibilities include implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, collecting accurate data, and conducting assessments such as stimulus preference assessments under supervision.
  • Behavioral Line Technicians maintain a safe, supportive learning environment, actively engage with clients in clinic, home, or community settings in Monroe, LA, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to promote skill generalization.
  • Weekly supervision and coaching from a BCBA ensures treatment fidelity, professional growth, and adherence to ethical standards, including HIPAA compliance.

Pay Info:



  •   $11.00 - $15.00 per hour Key Responsibilities / Duties: Implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as designed by the supervising BCBA.

  • Provide direct one-on-one or small group therapy sessions.
  • Collect accurate data on client progress using agency-approved tools.
  • Conduct assessments under BCBA supervision (e.g., stimulus preference assessments).
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients.
  • Communicate regularly with the BCBA regarding progress, challenges, and behavioral observations.
  • Prepare therapy materials and visual supports as needed.
  • Model appropriate social and behavioral skills for clients.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to support generalization of skills.
  • Adhere to professional, ethical, and agency standards at all times.

Qualifications / Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred.

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
  • Comfort with physical activity and direct client engagement.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans with fidelity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and participate in ongoing professional development.
