Requirements:



  •   Minimum 1 year of experience as an Electrical Foreman in commercial projects.

Reporting Relationship(s):



  •  Project Managers Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and update detailed BIM models for electrical projects.

  • Collaborate with project managers, and field teams to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve any design conflicts before construction begins.
  • Coordinate with other trades to ensure that all aspects of the project are integrated into the BIM model.
  • Generate and manage project documentation, including shop drawings, schedules, and material take-offs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams regarding BIM/VDC processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM/VDC technology.
  • Collaborate with general contractors to address design issues and develop solutions.

Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a BIM/VDC Specialist, preferably in the electrical contracting industry.

  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
