**Job Title: Blender Operator - 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
The Blender Operator is responsible for the precise blending and packaging of materials, ensuring quality and adherence to customer specifications.

The role involves a mix of blending and packaging tasks with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

+ Create blends by mixing 4-15 ingredients per batch, performing 4-5 blends a day.
+ Package blends into containers via gravity feeding, accounting for 40% of the role.
+ Verify materials against the batch sheet to ensure correctness.
+ Lift and handle materials up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
+ Weigh and apply oils and liquids onto blends by scanning barcodes.
+ Conduct minimal quality control checks on the floor.
+ Place finished products into containers as per customer requests.

**Essential Skills**

+ At least 1 year of experience in mixing or blending.
+ Knowledge and experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) for at least 1 year.
+ Ability to lift 50lbs consistently.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with production, mixing, and batching.
+ Familiarity with batch records and filling processes.

**Work Environment**

The position operates on the 1st shift from 5:00am to 1:00pm.

The role requires physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs.

Employees are provided with a smock but must wear steel toes, safety vests, and hair and beard coverings.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.
