Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Henrietta, NY | Full-Time | $85,000–$88,000/year

Our growing ABA clinic in Henrietta, NY is dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized therapy services to children and families affected by autism and other developmental disorders.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

This is a full-time, in-person position that involves providing services both in-clinic and in-home for clients located in the surrounding area.




Responsibilities:




  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.



  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.



  • Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians.



  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.



  • Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and other providers to support client success across environments.



  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and funding source requirements.



  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.




Qualifications:




  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.



  • Current certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).



  • NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain LBA.



  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to in-home clients.



  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.



  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities (preferred).




Compensation & Benefits:




  • Competitive salary: $85,000–$88,000/year, based on experience
