Urgent! Book Promotions and Newsletter Editor Job Opening In Montague – Now Hiring Center for Responsive Schools
This position is full-time, on-site in Turners Falls, MA.
The Book Promotions and Newsletter Editor develops a deep knowledge of CRS' brand and imprints and their catalogs of front- and backlist titles and upcoming pipeline. They are responsible for helping CRS to achieve its monthly, quarterly and annual retail book sales targets by strengthening existing and developing new reseller relations, managing advertising and campaign portals for a variety of resellers, including Amazon Vendor Central and holding buyer and advertising conversations aimed at increasing resellers' purchase of our retail products.
This position is responsible for maintaining a catalog for each major reseller and for maintaining and orderly, easy to manage vendor files. They will also be responsible for managing vendor accounts in Salesforce.
This position works across departments to ensure all advertising campaigns are project managed in a way that empowers marketing and sales to maximize the goals of the promotion/sale.
This position is also responsible for producing and evolving CRS' Retail Product portfolio of newsletters.
They must have a flair for writing subject lines, calls to action and compelling copy with short lead times. This position requires good editing, proofreading and content curation skills and the ability to quickly learn Salesforce and HubSpot.
This position is not eligible for teleworker status.
