Why the Role Is Important:

As a Booking & Conversion Lead, you will spearhead the definition of booking functionality in AFSVision and data conversion.

For the booking functionality, you will be responsible for future state process mapping, updating procedures based on future state, defining controls requirements, conducting risk assessments, and utilizing AFSVision.

Additionally, you will develop detailed test scripts and orchestrate end-to-end testing scenarios to ensure seamless functionality and process efficiency.

On the conversion side, you will be responsible for data element mapping, defining conversion project plans, development of test scripts and integration into larger testing strategy.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

Requirements Development: 

Lead the development of booking functionality requirements, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.

Future State Process Mapping: 

Design and document future state process maps to optimize booking operations.

Identify gaps between current and future state processes and propose actionable solutions.

Develop updated procedures that align with future state processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Controls and Risk Assessment: 

Define and implement controls requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor and review control effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Conversion: 

Support the data element conversion mapping, working across the bank and the system provider.

Develop conversion plan, spanning testing activities through implementation.

Integrate data conversion needs across all aspects of program into the conversion plan.

Testing and Validation: 

Develop detailed test scripts and end-to-end testing scenarios to validate booking functionality and data conversion.

Coordinate and execute comprehensive testing plans, ensuring all scenarios are thoroughly tested.

Document and report testing outcomes, identifying and resolving defects or issues.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field 

8+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry with a focus on booking functionality and process optimization 

5+ years of experience with AFSVision or similar financial systems 

Experience in developing and implementing future state process maps and updated procedures 

Preferred Skills:

MBA 

Management Consulting industry experience 

Relevant certifications in project management, risk management, or process improvement (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma)

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles.

The starting pay range for this remote role is $147,000-$260,000.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.

Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
