**Program Overview**
Our Graduate Program provides an immersive experience in our company from day 1.
The program starts with a **one-week Global Induction** in Milan with trainings and activities led by the Prysmian Academy in collaboration with a Top-Ranking Business School.
Following your induction, you will be part of a **one-year job rotation** in 2 different departments, in the Country where you have been hired: Research & Development and Operations in one of our production sites.
At the end of your job rotations, you will start performing **a role** aligned to your interest and the business needs of the Country or Region you have been hired in.
The position will be technical, strongly linked to the core of our business.

+ Previous work or study experiences abroad are considered a plus.
+ You enjoy **learning** and **working** with **other colleagues** .
+ You are available to start by July 2026.
