Responsibilities:Prepares proposals and establish project financial budgetsPerforms project contract drawing reviews (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.)Attends pre-construction meetings and document discussionsReviews and reports on project mock-upsPerforms periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action itemsWitnesses field testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.)Manages and coordinates small and large projectsConducts business development to secure revenue-generating projectsClient managementMentors junior staffParticipates in continuing educationPerforms various office related tasksQualifications:
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related fieldMinimum 6 years of experience in building science consultation or equivalent knowledge of building envelope systemsOrganizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projectsProject management experienceAbility to work in a team environmentStrong customer service commitmentExcellent communication and documentation skillsEither a signing professional or pursuing registration either as a Professional Engineer or Registered ArchitectComprehensive Benefits to meet the needs of you and your family:
