Job ProfilePosition Overview
As a Business Analysis Manager within PNC's Retail MIS - Business Performance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, or Philadelphia, PA.
This position will be focused on managing Business System Analysts supporting Retail Lending applications within Retail Technology.
Candidates with background in consumer lending applications, Agile project methodology and involvement in Strategic business planning preferred.
Job Description
- Directs in the collection and interpretation of client technical requirements in business processes and approaches.
- Leads business analysts in the collation and articulation of IT business requirements; ensures strategic alignment between IT and business functions.
- Communicates with key stakeholders on the establishment of IT project expectations and priorities, to support business processes.
- Consults on business cases, referring to the project's scope, objectives, budget, schedule and risk assessment, while considering how these aspects integrate with other IT business operations.
- Establishes IT project metrics and processes to ensure that all client requirements are fully met.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
