**Location:** Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days in office per week)

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy **Salesforce Analytics Specialist** to join our team.

This role bridges the gap between data and decision-making, leveraging Salesforce data to drive strategic insights and operational improvements across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Design & Build: Develop and maintain datasets, lenses, dashboards, and recipes in Salesforce CRM Analytics to support business objectives.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
+ Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
+ Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.
+ Support ad hoc reporting and data requests from stakeholders.
+ Automation & Efficiency: Implement best practices for data refresh schedules, security predicates, and recipe optimizations.
+ Partner with Salesforce admins and developers to optimize data architecture and reporting capabilities.

**Qualifications:**

+ 3+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM analytics (Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
+ Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, objects, and relationships.
+ Proven experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, and other BI platforms, with experience in SAQL, SQL.
+ Experience in creating and optimizing dataflows/recipes.
+ Solid business acumen with the ability to interpret data in a strategic context.
+ Experience working with large datasets and complex business processes.
+ Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant).
+ Background in business systems analysis or consulting.

**Work Experience:**

+ Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

**Education and Certification(s):**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
