<p class="elementtoproof"><b>Position: Business Systems- FinXact Analyst</b></p> <p><b>Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Job Description:</b></p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finxact Analyst to support the implementation and integration of the Finxact core banking platform.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in banking and financial services, with hands-on experience in core banking systems, preferably Finxact.
This is an onsite role, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to Finxact core banking functionalities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support the configuration and integration of Finxact with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., digital channels, payments, cards).</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with Finxact and internal teams to ensure alignment on product capabilities, limitations, and customization.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and production validation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Help define and maintain core banking workflows such as account opening, servicing, lending, and deposits.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide expertise in Finxact APIs, data models, and banking domain knowledge.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor and report progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and project managers.</p> </li> </ul> <p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience in banking or fintech as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.</p> </li> <li> <p>Minimum 1 2 years of experience working with Finxact core banking platform (or strong exposure to similar platforms like FIS, Temenos, or Fiserv).</p> </li> <li> <p>Deep understanding of core banking processes: deposits, payments, lending, account servicing, etc.</p> </li> <li> <p>Hands-on experience with API specifications, data mapping, and system integration.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong documentation skills: BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li> </ul> <p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with digital banking platforms, cards/payments systems, or customer onboarding solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prior experience in client-facing roles or working directly with Finxact/FIS teams</p> </li> </ul>
