Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled
Business Continuity Program Manager to support and lead Adobe's Enterprise Resilience Program.
This role will coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity exercises, manage internal content, integrate services into the continuity framework, and deliver training to strengthen organizational preparedness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Adobe's Enterprise Resilience Program across multiple business units.
- Coordinate and execute business continuity and disaster recovery exercises.
- Lead training and awareness initiatives across departments.
- Manage and update content on SharePoint and internal intranet platforms.
- Assist in integrating new services into continuity frameworks.
- Support the development of strategic plans and employee training content.
- Contribute to risk assessments, business impact analyses (BIA), and recovery planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including audit, IT, and financial departments.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5 10 years of experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Hands-on experience conducting Business Impact Analyses, Risk Assessments, and creating Recovery Plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication (verbal/written), analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience managing content on SharePoint and company intranet platforms.
- Familiarity with financial, audit, and IT compliance standards.
- Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI).
- Experience planning for and recovering from multi-site disruptions.
- Background in enterprise-level or technology-driven environments.
- Experience delivering internal training or awareness programs related to business continuity.
