As a Business Coordinator I at TEEX, you’ll manage day-to-day activity of a multimillion-dollar federal award.

This role provides mission-driven work with room to advance.


You’ll assist TEEX/NERRTC in fulfilling the objectives of the federal awards by helping coordinate related contracts, subcontracts and MOAs and supporting the compliance process through reviews of expenditures and purchases.

In addition, by using Power Bi and excel in alignment with established procedures, you’ll help generate clear, timely reports and maintain audit readiness across projects.

Prior hands-on experience in FAMIS will be a plus.



This position reports to the Director of Business Operations.


Qualifications of the Role
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
+ Two years of experience in accounting, contract management and/or business operations
+ Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.





Equivalency: Will consider an associate’s degree and four years of experience in accounting, contract management and/or business operations or a high school diploma or GED with six years of experience in accounting, contract management and/or business operations.
