**About the job:**

Work at the intersection of business strategy and data engineering and translating complex business needs into actionable technical solutions.

**What you will do at Sogeti:**

- Collaborate with the business team to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements

- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for technical teams

- Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions

- Develop and maintain robust SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

- Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI and PowerApps

- Work with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database) to manage and optimize cloud-based data workflows

**What you will bring:**

- 5-9 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related technical role

- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis

- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, PowerApps) and Azure Data Services

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with MDM is required

The base salary range for the tagged location is 100-120K.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.

Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
