Our client is currently seeking a Business Deposit Account Processor
This role can be worked fully remotely from California.

Job Summary:

The Business Deposit Account Processor is responsible for handling fulfillment operations for new business accounts originating through digital channels.

This role involves both member-facing interactions and back-office processing, including document verification, fraud detection, and compliance review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill operations for new business accounts initiated online.
  • Review and verify business organizational documents (., articles of incorporation, partnership agreements).
  • Communicate with prospective members to gather required documentation.
  • Audit and verify membership applications in ECM (Enterprise Content Management).
  • Ensure compliance with the Customer Identification Program (CIP).
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to account opening processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of member information.
  • Perform complex operational tasks and meet daily production deadlines.
  • Stay current on compliance training and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support organizational goals.
  • Qualifications:

    Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business document review, including business account products.
  • Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
