Business Development / Inside Sales Representative Job Opening In Philadelphia – Now Hiring Printfly

We're seeking a Business Development / Inside Sales Representative to join our team onsite at our Northeast Philadelphia headquarters and help drive new business opportunities while building strong relationships with our customers.
What You'll Do
As a Business Development / Inside Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines of our growth.

You'll identify prospects, nurture leads, and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

Your focus will be on helping customers bring their custom apparel ideas to life while hitting sales goals and contributing to team success.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
+ Manage inbound leads, respond to customer inquiries, and guide them through the ordering process.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
+ Understand customer needs and recommend the best products and services.
+ Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure orders meet customer expectations.
+ Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
+ Accurately track sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.


What We're Looking For
+ 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a customer-facing sales role.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
+ Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Comfort with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups).
+ Experience with CRM software a plus.
+ Prior experience in printing, apparel, or a related industry is a plus, but not required.
