The Business Development Manager serves as an “account representative” and “subject matter expert” of the MCD team for their respective Practice(s), as well as a project manager and implementer of marketing and business development projects.
This role works with practice group(s), industry group(s), regional offices, and ad hoc groups of lawyers to provide a suite of marketing and business development services.
Sometimes the BDM provides these services; other times he/she acts as a project manager, coordinating the services of others on the team.

A discretionary bonus may be available based upon performance.
The Colorado salary range is $94, to $156, annually.
