Territory Sales Representative – Industrial Equipment
Location: Southern California (Los Angeles Metro Area Preferred)



ARC Group is partnering with a leading industrial solutions provider in their search for a Territory Sales Executive focused on compressed air systems.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with technical experience in rotating equipment who is ready to step into a well-supported, growth-oriented environment.

  • Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Managing a regional sales territory with a focus on new business development and client retention
  • Meeting with customers to assess needs and recommend air compressor systems and accessories
  • Supporting technical planning by preparing quotes, layouts, and BOMs
  • Overseeing system implementation, startup support, and customer onboarding
  • Collaborating with internal teams on project delivery and technical troubleshooting
  • Maintaining an organized pipeline and accurate activity reporting


  • We’re Looking for Candidates With:
  • Mandatory experience selling or servicing industrial air compressors or related rotating equipment
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate solutions clearly
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Flexibility to travel within territory, with occasional overnights as needed
  • A self-starter mindset, great follow-through, and comfort in fast-paced environments
