The Role:The role is responsible to provide financial and operational reporting to assigned managers to support operational decision-making.

The role will compile, analyze, interpret, and present data related to current and future operations.

The role will create reports, charts, graphs, and presentations to aid in proposing new strategies for successful business changes.

This role use technology, strong communication skills, documentation skills, and reporting to positively influence the operations of a business.

Job Duties Include:• Analyzes, tracks, and reports on key organizational and business metrics, enabling divisions to reach efficient solutions.• Aggregates and performs statistical analysis on business data based on requests from project teams or senior leadership.• Integrates data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and updates data as needed.• Writes queries or reports to provide data for various analytical projects.• Prioritize many tasks effectively to ensure high preference requests are resolved promptly.• Maintains high integrity and confidentiality regarding financial information.• Ensures that internal and external business policies are adhered to and that programs initiated align with the overall strategy and vision of the organization.• Ensure that individual performance meets or exceeds department standards.• Work with a wide range of disciplines and personalities, both internally and externally.• Assignments given typically have developmental qualities.• Works under supervision and follows established guidelines and procedures.• Performs all other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required• 2-4 years of experience• Working experience in Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced proficiency in Excel required• Excellent presentation skills• Strong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and customer needs, maintaining a high degree of flexibility• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously• Ability to learn new applications and system features quickly
