As Digital Business Operations Manager for this well-known fashion brand, you’ll provide oversight and support for every aspect of its web presence, exerting real strategic influence and positive impact on the bottom line.
Nitty Gritty
Your overarching goal will be to ensure that the whole web function operates as efficiently and effectively as possible.
This will, of course, take several different forms.
Part of it will be optimizing workflows and making sure best practices are being followed.
Part will be overseeing product launches, site refreshes and special products.
Part will be eyeing site content and instilling the editorial effort with a burning spirit of digital innovation.
Part will be tracking site changes, monitoring weekly reporting and analyzing site performance.
You’ll even do some troubleshooting.
You’ll be doing a fair bit of collaborating, too: With QA specialists, to make sure launches are tested across devices.
With project management teams, on site projects.
With digital marketing folks, on marketing emails and to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
With Customer Service.
With Merchandising.
Heck, did we say “a fair bit?” Maybe we should have said, like, “a crap-ton.” Because you’ll contribute in still more areas: defining business requirements for new site functionalities, participating in platform migrations, optimizing conversion paths.
