As a Business Resiliency Manager II within PNC's Business Resiliency organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ or Strongsville, OH.
This position is primarily based in a PNC location.
Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.
Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.
The Business Resiliency Manager II will oversee a team of Resilience Professionals responsible for the Business Resilience Management (BRM) consultative guidance and advisory for the Retail Line of Business (LOB) units.
Responsible for the establishment and oversight of resilience risk strategies, plans, and program lifecycle execution.
• Leads 3-5 direct reports who manage the daily activities of Retail Business Resiliency plan oversight.
Manages and engages employees and develops internal capabilities
• Reviews, guides, and governs strategies and programs, maintains and enhances existing programs to support the business(es) in managing risk while meeting business and regulatory expectations.
• Oversees the timely and proper execution of the Business Resiliency program lifecycle within and/or across the lines of business.
• Oversees and drives development, maintenance, and new creation of Critical Business Services (CBS) to align with Operational Resilience standards while ensuring alignment with Business Resilience Units (BRU) dependency requirements.
• Provides Resiliency risk expertise while working with the businesses and other business partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
Monitors changes in internal and external factors and identifies emerging risks.
• Leads in the development and maintenance of business continuity and disaster recovery plans; oversees testing and exercise, including tabletops, and participates in critical crisis management and event management activities.
Informs in the selection of operating strategies for the continuation of the business within a recovery time objective.
• Understands and informs the Retail LOB of relevant Third-Party Risk and Resiliency impacts and works with the business to enhance, correct, or duplicate contingency strategies to ensure maximum resilience.
• Oversees the Business Resiliency lifecycle planning and Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
Helps team members to identify and quantify the potential impact of various disruptions and disaster scenarios.
Enforces program Findings, including Lessons Learned actions, and Risk Acceptance processes and policies to ensure compliance and overall risk reduction in the environment.
• Interfaces with Retail LOB committee/executive to report on the compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise results.
May consult in preparation for meetings with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues.
• Responsible for leading high-profile initiatives through the development, enhancement and dissemination of continuity processes and standards.
• Analyzes and monitors concentration risk across the loss pillars to identify and respond to potentially compounding impacts across LOBs
• Develops and delivers the training on business continuity to the Retail LOB community.
• Own and oversee RCSA controls relevant to area(s) of oversight and governance

**Job Description**
+ Serves as the central point of contact responsible for leading the Business Continuity/Crisis plans for a large business segment or group.
Responsible for the successful implementation of the organizations Business Continuity Lifecycle and / or Crisis Planning.
+ Manages a team responsible for the execution of business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning and disaster preparedness planning and testing.
+ Provides insight to the vision and direction for business continuity lifecycle planning, including the business impact analysis, risk assessment, recovery planning and recovery testing.
+ Ensures the compliance of each aspect of business continuity.
Partners with the business in relationships with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues.
+ Leads a functional area within business continuity/crisis management that drives effective recovery planning and testing of recovery and response capabilities.

Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $189,800.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
