C-17 Support Engineering Data Specialist (Associate & Mid-Level)

The Boeing Global Services organization is seeking a Support Engineering Data Specialist (Associate & Mid-Level) for an exciting opportunity with the C-17 Fleet Reliability & Analysis Team in Warner Robins, GA.
Position Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be technically fluent, process-oriented and have hands-on experience in aerospace or defense programs and maintenance to support our C-17 internal and external Air Force customers.
Typical tasks include but not limited to the following:
Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders on project status, risks, dependencies, and change requests; provide regular status reporting.Maintain and optimize work queues and assignment rules in workflow tools to ensure balanced workloads and timely completion.Create, update, and maintain project and process documentation (runbooks, checklists, requirements, status reports) with clear version control and ownership.Define measurable targets for documentation completeness, time-to-assign, and resolution times; track and report progress.Lead periodic documentation and knowledge audits to identify gaps and prioritize remediation work.Collect, review and maintain applicable data to support an RLA / LSCA, interface with functional areas, and compile status reports for each candidate.Perform development, analysis, collection, storing, and reviewing of system support technical data elements and specification and makes recommendations.Develop RLA / LSCA output report, perform sensitivity analysis, and analyze results.Submit RLA / LSCA report to the Support Specialist and review results.Provide support to the SMR Code Review Board meetings with the Boeing IPTs and the Air Force.Review RLA Supplier Data Request Lists (SDRL) and provide comments/feedbackBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or other technical degree3+ years of experience in resource management3+ years of experience in level of repair analysis3+ years of experience with aircraft maintenanceExperience with Network Repair Level AnalysisKnowledge in Failure Mode Effects and Criticality analysis (FMECA) and root cause analysisProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.) (Level 3 Mid-Level)Experience with Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)Experience with C-17Experience with MS Access, SQL, Python, R, Data modeling, or TableauDrug Free Workplace:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range Associate (Level 2): $64,600- $87,400
Summary Pay Range Mid-Level (Level 3): $79,900- $108,100
