Job Description
Call Center Customer Service Representative
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a Call Center based in Tampa, FL.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work for a well-established family-owned wholesale distribution center.
Pay Rate
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.Call Center Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
Reach out via phone and email to assigned accounts regularly to build lasting relationships.Ensure account and contact information is accurate and up to date.Assist clients in placing orders and answering questions to ensure a great overall experience.Inform and suggest new products to current accounts.Escalate client issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.Call Center Customer Service Representative Qualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ year related experience in a call center environmentEnergetic with a positive demeanorA team player who collaborates well with othersWilling to learn and grow within the companyDedicated to improving and developing skillsJob Type
