**This position is fully in-person in Honolulu **
Description

+ Handle inbound phone calls from customers and employees.

+ Answer inquiries by providing information and conducting research.

+ Resolve problems by exploring solutions and researching issues.

+ Dispatch appropriate emergency services as needed.

+ Monitor video feeds.

+ Document events accurately for records.

Pay and Benefits
