Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Salary: $28 - $30 per hour

Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team.
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs with professionalism and empathy.
This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement, which are vital to our business success.




Responsibilities



  • Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
