COPFCU is a not-for-profit financial institution dedicated to serving the financial needs of all of our public servants and their families: Cincinnati's Police Force, Firefighters, Government Employees and Public School Teacher and Administrators.

We are currently recruiting for a Call Center Representative, this individual will provide information and exceptional member service concerning the credit union and its products and services to those contacting the credit union's call center, ensuring the highest quality of member service.

Summary of Position:

- Serve membership by providing service and information in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner via telephone or written correspondence.

- Effectively answer call queues and member service voice mail and reply to calls according to set processes.

- Research and solve member questions, problems, and complaints concerning credit union accounts.

- Verify accounts, open/close accounts, process stop payments on share draft accounts, order cards, and answer questions regarding share accounts, share drafts, VISA cards, Debit cards, IRAs, etc.

- Cross-sell credit union products and services when appropriate.

- Assist members with questions, payments, and account maintenance on loan accounts.

- Assist members with remote access and convenient services setup, maintenance, and navigation.

- Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers.

- Provide information on investment alternatives to members wishing to deposit funds with the credit union.

- Responsible for researching member inquiries to ensure proper follow-up and satisfaction.

- Ensure all credit union members and employee-related business are kept in the strictest confidence.

- Treat all credit union members and employees with a positive and cooperative attitude.

- May fill in for Member Service Representative positions when needed by conducting transaction processing, accounting opening and mail processing.

- Meet all set performance expectations to support overall call center goals and set key performance metrics.

  • Strong organizational skills and numbers driven.

The pay range for this role is:
