Position Title: Customer Service Representative (Call Center)
Location: Oceanside, CA
Pay Rate: $19.50 – $20.50 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 1 Saturday per month

Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers and clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment and is eager to develop skills in client relations, financial account servicing, and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Answer high-volume inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner. Assist customers with account inquiries, payment processing, and billing questions. Provide clear and accurate information regarding financing programs and policies. Research, investigate, and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. Document all customer interactions in the system with accuracy and attention to detail. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to achieving team goals and call center performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable navigating computer systems and entering data accurately. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Why Join the Team
